Proteomics center is equip with MALDI TOF-TOF mass spectrometer used mainly for protein identification from gel samples, Q-trap 4000 hybrid triple-quadruple and linear trap mass spectrometer for protein posttranslational modification analysis and recently acquired advanced Higher Definition Mass Spectrometer Synapt G2 for label-free high throughput differential proteome analysis. Synapt G2 HDMS mass spectrometer consists of a sample preparation component chromatograph nanoACQUITY UPLC system, Waters directly connected to the mass spectrometer and software for data analysis.
