Inverted microscope Zeiss Axio Observer.Z1 with confocal unit LSM 800. Microscope is equipped with four solid state lasers - 405, 488, 561, 640nm. For detection of fluorescent light in confocal mode there are three GaAsP PMT detectors and T-PMT detector for transmission light detection.For acquisition in widefield mode there is AxioCam 503 CCD camera.
