Core facility supports both, internal and external researchers either in a form of proteomics services or via res. collaborations. Our services are tailored to biomedical applications (analysis of biofluids, cells lines, tissues ...) and our speciffic focus lies in field of imaging mass spectrometry. Most of our requests are processed in full service mode, but our MALDI-TOF-TOF analyzer is accessible in self-service mode as well (users with training only). Besides "hands-on" services we offer mass spec counselling and/or results interpretation. |
