Core facility operates predominantly in a full service mode. The services cover all of the steps of mass spectrometry-based proteomic analyses from protein isolation, protein and peptide mixture separation (liquid chromatography, gel electromigration methods), to protein characterisation by mass spectrometry and data processing. We also provide consultations and basic training in proteomics. |
