3dMDbody System allows to scan physical objects completely (field of view of the 360° camera) with an accuracy of 0.2 mm. The 3dMDbody system can be used to scan people as well as other objects. The system works on the basis of a series of coupled multi-image heads recording 2D image using projections of random patterns of structured white light. The full scan process in the highest resolution takes only 1.5 ms.
